About

I am a multidisciplinary artist that explores systems between humanity and the natural world.  My creative and conceptual development begins in rural areas by examining wildlife habitats and deforestation. I seek to understand nature’s order, our place in it and how humans effect it.  These relationships produce abstract interpretations exploring the interconnectedness of our worlds. My work plays with the connectivity of the form to its environment and a sense of the passing of time. I embrace imperfections and unpredictability of all materials.  The work joins environmentalism and art hoping to influence human relationships positively with nature so we can preserve, protect, and enjoy the wild spaces.
